EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
CPO for Hire, LLC's founder is also a veteran Labor/Employment attorney and a formally-trained Rule 31 Mediator. With a unique blend of Operations, Human Resources, and Legal experience on staff, our approach to Employee Relations (ER) is well-balanced. We consult with our clients on all types of ER issues from complex termination decisions and employee investigations, to drafting position statements and/or working with governmental agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Department of Labor (DOL), Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) on our clients' behalf. We also offer mediation/ombudsman services to resolve employee complaints/charges.
